The funeral of Ron Logan will take place at the Crieff Adventist Church at 1:30pm on 29th January immediately followed by internment at Crieff Cemetery, Ford Rd, Crieff.

The Logan family are sad to report the sudden death of Ronald Logan, one of the pillars of the Adventist Church in Scotland.

He suffered a fatal heart attack on 21st January.

A graduate of Newbold College, Ron was a member of the original British “King’s Heralds” – a vocal quartet which sang regularly for the church’s broadcast on Radio Luxembourg in the 1950s.  He also worked at the “Voice of Prophecy” Bible School in Watford for several years before engaging successfully in several business enterprises in Scotland.  For more than 50 years he served on various church committees, and as the treasurer of the Glasgow and Crieff churches.

Ron is survived by his wife Dorothy, daughter Christine Bauwens, and sons Stephen, Malcolm and Andrew.

The family have requested that instead of floral tributes you may like to give a donation to the Scottish Bible Society. You can contribute to a memorial fund by clicking on the ‘Donate’ button below…
